The GT Real-Time KRAS G12-G13 Typing PCR Kit is a Research-Use Only (RUO) patent-pending molecular reagent kit containing all primers, probes, and controls necessary for the detection and discrimination of eight different mutations found within the G12 and G13 codon regions of the corresponding KRAS gene. The kit contains three separate assays for the detection of KRAS G12C, G12V, G12S, G12A, G12R, G12D, G13C, and G13D mutations. Each assay also includes a universal target that indicates total DNA containing the KRAS gene present. Users can determine the presence of these mutations from extracted FFPE and/or liquid biopsy samples on the Bio-Rad CFX96 Touch™ Real-Time PCR platform. Contains enough material for 50 reactions.
